One commentator here recommended that as opposed to seeing Drive you should perceive what Drive was trying to be Layer Cake. Drive is nothing similar to Layer Cake nor even attempts to be. They don’t share anything for all intents and purpose, and the remark is simply silly. It is a far superior film however. From it’s title succession written in cursive pink (which a huge load of nitwits just didn’t get for reasons unknown) to it’s retro soundtrack. It is an all around flawless impression of the movies from the last part of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. In the event that you have not seen films from this time (I do accept such countless commentators here have not) you won’t totally get this film.
